This is a great ingredient to have in your breakfast pantry at all times. My kids love sprinkling it over their waffles and pancakes. One of the key ingredients for a good apple pie!!
Ingredients:
3 large cinnamon sticks
15 gms ground cinnamon powder
130 gms of white or brown sugar
Method:
Grind the 3 large cinnamon sticks in a dry spice grinder till you get a fine powder. Let the mixture cool
Using your weighing scale, put 15 gms of ground cinnamon powder in a bowl. (Any extra cinnamon powder can be stored separately). Add 130 gms of white or brown sugar to it and give it a good mix.
Store in an airtight jar in your pantry.
